Direct Sales Rep

Open

Source and close operations-heavy businesses that need mission-control infrastructure built for them.

Commission-only. Up to 10% of TCV on closed deals (subject to economics caps). Pipeline visibility, CRM tooling, and lead-scoring are part of your dashboard from day one.

Channel Manager

Open

Recruit, enable, and steward a portfolio of channel partners who bring us into operations-heavy businesses.

Commission-only. 2% override on TCV of deals sourced by your recruited partners, in addition to any direct-sourced commissions. Override compounds as your partner roster grows.

Builder / Workflow Architect

Open

Translate operational discovery into deployed, custom mission-control systems for real businesses.

Per-milestone payouts in your workspace, with a configurable retention percent released on client acceptance. Visible in your builder dashboard from kickoff.

QA Validator

Invite-only

Independent review layer ensuring every builder-submitted milestone meets the operator-grade bar before payout.

Per-validation. Details shared once invited.

We promote QA Validators from inside the builder pool.

    Automatic ecosystem-fit scoring

    Your answers are parsed and scored against the operator signal we look for. Strong signal moves fast.

  3. Step 03

    Operator conversation

    If there's mutual fit, we run an operator-to-operator call to talk shop, walk through the role economics, and answer everything you want to know about how the ecosystem actually works.

  4. Step 04

    Role agreement + activation

    Sign the role agreement and we activate your workspace — attribution, commission ledger, CRM, and tooling on day one. From there you're plugged in.
